For executive coaching to be effective, it must have a solid theoretical framework, and be grounded in the realities, issues and patterns of the workplace. The role of the coach is to assist the individual to navigate their way towards personal and professional fulfilment, using a variety of tools and techniques.

Marg has a strong Human Resource and Leadership Development background across a variety of industries, having spent many years in various Australian, Asia Pacific and Global roles. Most recently, she was VP Human Resources and Organisation Development at Cochlear Ltd, a member of the Executive team reporting to the CEO.

Marg has developed a deep knowledge of human behaviour and her interests centre on leadership development and its application. She has completed a Masters of Organisational Coaching at Sydney University.
